OK, buying a Harley on eBay is not all that unusual. It happens every day. What is less usual, is buying one that is 3000 miles away. I won't reiterate that story here, rather, read about it HERE.

No, this is the story of how I get the Harley home as the story unfolds. I never thought that the simple story of buying a motorcycle and riding it home would be of any interest to anyone but as the story began to take shape, more and more people wanted to hear about it. I created this site as a journal of my travel adventures.
